Imperial Stout, tiefschwarz. Dicht, ölig. Brauner, schöner Schaum. Sehr intensive Nase nach Röstaromen, reifen Waldbeeren – begleitet von einem frischen Hopfenhauch (Saphir- Aromahopfen!).
The original West Coast strong IPA. Overwhelming yet balanced tones of full-cone hops. Fantastic hit of alcohol which mixes with yet more hops for a lingering aftertaste.
Two Birds Taco is brewed using ale and wheat malts, with an addition of flaked corn. Citra and Amarillo hops contribute citrus and fruity characters, which complement the additions of coriander leaf and fresh lime peel. The beer pours a hazy shade of pale and we use a clean, ale yeast to allow the fresh flavours to shine.
Crisp, clean, with slight malt and hop undertones. Refreshing on a hot day. Fantastic with white meat or seafood.
The original Pils bier from Germany. The lager against which all other lagers are measured.
Starts off quite mellow with a subtle and delicate sweetness, slowly picking up to a more rounding darker fruit taste. Prune and raisin fruit notes are most prominent. Hints of cherry add a slightly bit more off sweetness. Hints of vanilla help to round out any excess of sugar. Beer finishes smooth, with a bit of medicinal flavor, although still maintaining those fruit notes.
Dark chocolate and dark fruit flow in like a werewolf in heat, tearing your taste buds into a helpless victim of pleasure as a light hop bitterness and smooth cherry/vanilla rip out your throat. In other words, f**kin' YUM!
